Overhead Ecosystems
The shared business operating layer connecting management, field work, compliance, workforce, and project execution.
Practical software for the people running companies, managing field operations, controlling risk, and doing the work.
Each application solves a focused problem. Overhead Ecosystems connects Business Admin, FieldWorks, RuleTether, and Worker’s Companion through authorized organization-level data sharing. Overhead Sequencing remains a standalone sister product, with optional connections only for organizations authorized in both systems.

Turn field walkdowns into organized scopes, estimates, quotes, approvals, and mobilization-ready awarded work.
A compliance workspace that connects verified obligations, deadlines, evidence, and regulatory requirements to the business.
Trade references, free Q&A, field calculators, training, notes, and worker community. Personal worker information stays private; workplace integrations share only explicitly authorized business data.
Standalone industrial construction sequencing and trade coordination. Authorized organizations can connect awarded FieldWorks scopes and relevant Ecosystems/Business Admin context without surrendering project ownership.

Development is the product. Hosting stays close to cost, and clients keep ownership of what is theirs.
Platform/infrastructure cost plus approximately $10/month service margin. A revision does not automatically raise your recurring fee; it changes only if the underlying platform cost rises.
Includes up to 3 minor modifications each month. Unused changes do not roll over. Additional minor changes are generally $10–$25; substantial features are quoted separately.
You retain your data, logos, proprietary content, and client-specific materials. Overhead retains its reusable frameworks, components, and development methods.
If your custom solution reveals a broader market opportunity, we may propose a separate commercialization agreement recognizing your contribution, including an agreed 10–15% participation structure. It is never automatic.
Build ranges are starting estimates; final pricing depends on scope and is agreed before work begins. Predictable infrastructure cost changes are communicated before they affect recurring charges. Client projects may carry “Built by Overhead” branding.
